Do Llamas Eat Bananas?

Finally something fun to Blog about!

Today we were out driving around and saw a llama way out in a field.



We named him 'Frank the Jolly Llama' and D waved and called him like a dog.



Then he tried to bribe him closer with a banana.



It worked! Frank hauled ass running toward us!



He was up the hill in no time.



So D tried to give him the banana.



I don't think llamas like bananas.



Sorry man, we don't know nothing about feeding no llamas.



I think he forgave us though.



Or not!



"I shall ignore you stupid city folk."



Time to go google "what do llamas eat" so we'll know better next time.

Are Pregnant People Lame?

Because I seriously can't find anything to Blog about lately.

Seriously.

The most excitement for me this week consisted of:

1) Buying these baby moccasins at the Lewis and Clark Festival.



2) Finding the biggest asparagus I've ever seen in my life.



It's huge!



I know, I know. I'd better take it easy before someone gets hurt.

Say Cheese

I'll admit that sometimes I miss certain conveniences of The Big City. Nothing like not being able to find feta cheese at the only grocery store in town to push a hormonal pregnant chick over the edge. It's not really even a huge deal because I'm still not sure if I'm supposed to eat stupid feta cheese or not- because I read that I'm only allowed certain types of pasteurized cheese and I don't even know if feta is one of them. ANNOYING.

So I head home pouting and dreaming of the days when I lived in Atlanta and my grocery store ALWAYS had lots of feta choices.
But then my mind jumps to an article I read that said Atlanta is the 2nd least safe city in the U.S., and I'm reminded of why we traded certain conveniences for peace of mind.

And even though I am feta-less, I can honestly say that when I look back....



I like what I see.



I'll take cows over crime any day.
