Misty Taste Of Moonshine...

...teardrop in my eye.

We are in West Virginia this week because Darrin's son is graduating from high school tomorrow!

Where oh where does the time go??

Today we checked out the oldest covered bridge in the state, it was very cool.

I love these last 2 shots!

Stay tuned for more fun and exciting things from West By God Virginia, where it's legal to marry your first cousin!
I'm not kidding.

I have researched covered bridges. Many theories of why bridges are covered but have never found the real reason.

To MomL - I sure appreciate your thoughtful comments on my blog and on others but I never can comment to you. :-) You need to get a blog going.

protect the deck from rot, also a good place for a man and his horse to avoid weather.

The pictures are really cool! I love covered bridges; they always make me wish there were still ghosts around to tell their stories.

I wish Gerrit a really happy graduation...oh, the changes coming in his life (including a baby sister/brother!)

Joanna - if I get a decent camera after I move to Iowa, I WILL start a blog!

Love to all the Dodds.
