I Wanna Punch Mother Nature In The Face

A few days ago my friend Sarah wrote a post called, 'i wanna punch the economy in the face.'

She always cracks me up.

Waking up to this, however, does not crack me up.

Are you kidding me? It was 60 degrees 2 days ago.....WTF?

Ummmmmm....

It's April now.

That's quite enough, Mother Nature.

Quite enough.

Oh how beautiful!! Wait a minute, I thought you liked snow! Looks like a "winter wonder land". Easy for me to say, when it is a perfect mid 70's day here. However, they are talking about frost one night this week! There goes my garden & beautiful flowers.
Pay attention to Mom L--DO NOT TAKE THAT JEEP OUT!

wow you got way more than we did! mine didn't stick, but,
the predictions were so dire.
I ran out to HyVee this morning and almost all the bread was gone, which I thought only happened in Louisiana before a snow.

Ouch! THAT hurts. And this isn't even Mother Nature rubbing her sore nose.

Sorry you have to put up with more white stuff. My friends in Binghamton said they had flurries on Saturday. April flurries. Brings back memories.

But hey - YOU are the one who voluntarily moved to Idaho. And now I hear Mom L is packing up to join you. Are you people nuts? How about you just come here instead. Nancy can show you around Gainesville and I'll show you Jacksonville. No snow here.

Deal?

Iowa. Excuse me.

(Iowa, Idaho, what's the difference besides corn and potatoes?)

our local weatherman says that snowy mess is heading our way today and tomorrow.

PS - don't you get out and drive.

Awwwww, all we have is cold air and lots of wind today.

Alix - your mixup with Idaho/Iowa reminds me of my answer to Diane when she complained in high school that I got some of her friends' names confused. "S" seemed to be big then - Sharons and Susans and Sandras, etc. She had a bunch of them. I usually got at least the first letter right, so I just shrugged and said, "At least it started with an 'S' !"
